Ingredients
Scale
1 (750 ml) bottle chilled Pink Moscato wine
1 cup strawberry liqueur
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 cup club soda or sparkling water, chilled
Ice cubes
Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine the chilled Pink Moscato, strawberry liqueur, brandy, and orange juice. Stir gently to mix the liquids.
Add the sliced strawberries, raspberries, sliced orange, and sliced lemon to the pitcher. Gently fold the fruit into the wine mixture.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 4 hours, to allow the fruit flavors to infuse. Do not let it sit overnight, as the fruit may become mushy.
Just before serving, top the sangria with the chilled club soda or sparkling water. Stir once very lightly.
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sangria over the ice, making sure each glass gets some fruit.
For an aesthetic presentation, garnish each glass with a whole strawberry on the rim or a lemon wheel.
Notes
For a more visually striking drink, you can freeze some of the sliced strawberries and raspberries to use as ice cubes. This keeps the drink cold without diluting the flavor.
If you want a slightly stronger drink, substitute the club soda with a dry sparkling rosé instead of plain water.
This recipe works well as a base for a strawberry moscato punch; simply double the recipe for a larger crowd.
