1 cup marshmallow fluff
1/2 cup heavy cream
Assorted fresh fruit for dipping (strawberries, grapes, melon)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, beating until fully combined.
Gently fold in the marshmallow fluff until just incorporated. Do not overmix.
In a separate, clean bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until the dip is light and fluffy.
Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve cold with your favorite fresh fruit platter accompaniments.
Notes
For a make ahead fruit dip, prepare the dip up to 24 hours in advance and keep it covered in the refrigerator.
If you need a yogurt dip for berries alternative, substitute 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt for the heavy cream, but the texture will be slightly less fluffy.
This kid friendly fruit dip pairs well with apple slices, pineapple chunks, and bananas.
