- 4 cups fresh watermelon juice
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Blend watermelon chunks and strain to get 4 cups of juice.
- Mix lemon juice and sugar in a pitcher until sugar dissolves.
- Add watermelon juice and cold water to the pitcher.
- Stir well and chill for 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice with mint leaves if desired.
