Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add oats, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips, nuts, and dried fruit.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet. Flatten slightly with your fingers.
