- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup special sauce (mix mayo, ketchup, and mustard)
- Heat a skillet or flat top over medium-high heat.
- Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Divide beef into 8 small balls.
- Place a tortilla on the skillet, then press a beef ball onto it with a spatula.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until beef is seared, then flip and cook another 2 minutes.
- Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and special sauce.
- Fold the tortilla and serve immediately.
