Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup special sauce (mix mayo, ketchup, and mustard)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or flat top over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Divide beef into 8 small balls.
  4. Place a tortilla on the skillet, then press a beef ball onto it with a spatula.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until beef is seared, then flip and cook another 2 minutes.
  6. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and special sauce.
  7. Fold the tortilla and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use a sturdy spatula to press the beef thin for maximum crispiness.
  • Customize toppings with bacon, avocado, or jalapeños.
