- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add taco seasoning, salsa, and water.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks.
- Serve on tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
