Easy shrimp boil foil packets with Cajun seasoning, perfect for grilling or baking.

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F.
  2. Divide shrimp, corn, sausage, and potatoes evenly among 4 large sheets of foil.
  3. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over each packet.
  4. Drizzle with melted butter and add lemon slices and garlic.
  5. Seal foil packets tightly.
  6. Grill for 15 minutes or bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Open carefully and serve.
