Scale
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
1/2 frozen banana (optional, for creaminess)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sweetener to taste (maple syrup, honey, or stevia)
Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)
Instructions
Combine almond milk, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, frozen banana (if using), protein powder (if using), pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add sweetener to taste and blend again.
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free yogurt and ensure your protein powder is dairy-free.
If you omit the banana, you may need to add a few more ice cubes for thickness.
Adjust pumpkin pie spice and sweetener to your preference.
This smoothie can be made into a smoothie bowl by using less liquid and adding toppings like granola, seeds, or fresh fruit.
