A quick and easy snack that combines the flavors of pizza with the convenience of a quesadilla.

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- Spread pizza sauce evenly on one tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Place the second tortilla on top.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
Notes
- For an air-fryer version, cook at 375°F for 5 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Pack in a lunchbox with a side of marinara for dipping.
