A trendy salty-tangy cocktail with pickle brine, tequila, and a chamoy rim.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz pickle brine
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1 tsp chamoy sauce
  • 1 tsp tajin seasoning
  • Ice
  • Pickle spear for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim a glass with chamoy sauce and tajin seasoning.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, pickle brine, and triple sec with ice.
  4. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a pickle spear.

Notes

  • For a mocktail version, replace tequila with club soda.
  • Adjust pickle brine to taste for more or less tang.
