Peach Iced Tea

A glass of peach iced tea filled with ice and garnished with a lemon slice.

A refreshing homemade iced tea sweetened with peach syrup, perfect for summer picnics and porch sipping.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1/2 cup peach syrup or purée
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and stir in peach syrup and honey.
  4. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  5. Pour into a pitcher, add lemon slices, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Serve over ice cubes.

Notes

  • Use fresh peaches for a stronger flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
