A quick and easy Tex-Mex pasta with ground beef, taco seasoning, and cheese, ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups pasta
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot.
  2. Add taco seasoning and stir.
  3. Pour in pasta and water, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in cheese and tomatoes until melted.

Notes

  • Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
  • Add a dollop of sour cream before serving.
