A simple cookies-and-cream ice cream made without an ice-cream maker, ready in 10 minutes with double-stuff cookie chunks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 15 Oreo cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
  3. Gently stir in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container.
  5. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Notes

  • Use double-stuff Oreos for extra creaminess.
