Quick and easy protein-rich snack bites made with oats, nut butter, and chocolate chips. Perfect for meal planning and busy days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.

Notes

  • Use almond butter for a different flavor.
