Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, pickles, onions, and cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, and paprika to make the special sauce.
  4. Add the cooked beef to the salad bowl and drizzle with the special sauce.
  5. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
