  • 1 bag (12 oz) tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a sheet pan.
  3. Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the chips.
  4. Add black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.

  7. Serve immediately.
