Quick skillet or oven salmon with a sticky honey-garlic glaze, ready in 20 minutes for a healthy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet or in the skillet. Brush half the glaze over the salmon.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or cook in the skillet for 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Brush remaining glaze over the salmon before serving.

Notes

  • Use skin-on salmon for crispier texture.
  • Double the glaze for extra flavor.
  • Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
