  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork to your preferred texture (chunky or smooth).
  3. Add the lime juice, cilantro, red onion, tomato, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Mix well and taste. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface to prevent browning.
