A no-bake, edible cookie dough packed with protein, perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add almond butter, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
