Ham and Cheese Sliders

Easy to assemble Hawaiian-roll sliders with a buttery mustard glaze, perfect for potlucks, tailgates, and holiday parties.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1/2 lb sliced deli ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Layer ham and cheese evenly over the rolls, then cover with the top half.
  4. Mix melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder in a bowl.
  5. Pour the butter mixture over the sliders and sprinkle with poppy seeds if using.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
  7. Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

  • Make ahead: Assemble sliders and refrigerate overnight. Bake before serving.
  • Use a serrated knife to slice rolls easily.
