- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup half and half or milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
- Scatter the diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped onion evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
