  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to make the dressing.
  2. Add chopped lettuce to the dressing and toss until well coated.
