Caramelized peach halves drizzled with honey, a simple summer dessert with wow presentation.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut peaches in half and remove pits.
  3. Brush peach halves with olive oil.
  4. Place peaches cut-side down on the grill for 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear.
  5. Flip peaches and grill for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from grill, drizzle with honey and vanilla extract if using.

Notes

  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
  • Try adding a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
