  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced green bell pepper, thinly sliced red onion, and pitted Kalamata olives.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
