Make-ahead freezer bags with pre-portioned fruit and protein for quick and easy smoothies.

- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- Add all ingredients to a resealable freezer bag.
- Remove excess air and seal tightly.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
- To blend, empty contents into a blender with 1 cup liquid (water, milk, or juice).
- Blend until smooth.
Notes
- Use lemon juice to prevent browning of bananas.
- Label bags with dates and ingredients.
- For thicker smoothies, add ice before blending.
