Make these easy, cheesy pizza sliders using Hawaiian rolls for a perfect pull-apart appetizer or quick weeknight dinner. They bake up fast and are great for game day.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Slice the entire package of slider rolls horizontally in half, keeping the rolls connected. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the bottom layer of rolls.
Layer the pepperoni slices over the sauce.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheeses over the pepperoni.
Place the top half of the slider rolls over the cheese layer.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the assembled sliders.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the buttered tops.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tops are lightly golden brown.
Let the sliders rest for 5 minutes before slicing them apart between the rolls. Serve warm.
Notes
For a less sweet flavor, you can substitute the Hawaiian rolls with plain slider buns.
If you are planning ahead, you can assemble these sliders up to 4 hours ahead of time, cover them tightly with foil, and refrigerate. Add 5-10 minutes to the baking time if baking straight from the refrigerator.
These sliders are a great alternative to ordering from meal delivery companies when you need something fast.
