Easy Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix

A simple dump-and-bake dessert using fresh or canned peaches and boxed cake mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (29 oz) sliced peaches in syrup
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pour the peaches and syrup into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the peaches.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh peaches if in season; just add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water.
  • For a crock-pot version, cook on high for 2-3 hours.
