- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a lined 8×8 pan.
- Chill crust for 15 minutes.
- Whisk condensed milk, lime juice, and zest until smooth. Pour over crust.
- Freeze for 2 hours or until set.
- Whip cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over bars.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use bottled key lime juice if fresh limes are unavailable.
- For a firmer texture, freeze bars overnight.
- Garnish with extra lime zest before serving.
