A hand-held twist on classic key lime pie with a graham cracker crust and creamy lime filling. No-bake and freezer-friendly for easy summer desserts.

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a lined 8×8 pan.
  2. Chill crust for 15 minutes.
  3. Whisk condensed milk, lime juice, and zest until smooth. Pour over crust.
  4. Freeze for 2 hours or until set.
  5. Whip cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over bars.
  6. Slice and serve chilled.
