  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced hard salami, chopped
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced ham, chopped
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced capicola or mortadella, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until the base is smooth and fully combined.
  2. Stir in the provolone cheese and mozzarella cheese until they are evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Fold in the chopped salami, ham, capicola, black olives, roasted red peppers, red onion, and fresh parsley. Mix gently until all the meats and vegetables are incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl. Cover the bowl and chill the hoagie dip in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. This allows the flavors to blend.
  5. Serve your cold deli dip with sturdy crackers, crostini, or vegetable sticks.
