Crispy, flavorful chicken wings made easy in the air fryer, perfect for game day or parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Optional: 1/2 cup buffalo sauce or garlic parmesan sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat wings dry with paper towels.
  3. Toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10-12 minutes until crispy.
  6. If saucing, toss wings in sauce after cooking.

Notes

  • For frozen wings, add 5-7 extra minutes of cook time.
  • Double the batch for larger gatherings.
  • Serve with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
