- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp water
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and water.
- Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the tenders with cooking oil before air frying.
