A comforting and easy-to-make tuna noodle casserole with creamy sauce and crispy topping.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain.
  3. Mix tuna, soup, milk, peas, and cheese in a bowl.
  4. Combine noodles with tuna mixture and transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over casserole.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • Use gluten-free noodles for a gluten-free version.
  • Add diced onions or celery for extra flavor.
