A hot, cheesy dip perfect for holidays and game day. Serve with bread or chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a bowl.
  3. Add spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with bread or chips.

Notes

  • Make ahead: Prepare the dip and refrigerate for up to 2 days before baking.
  • For a slow cooker version, cook on low for 2 hours.
  • Use a cast iron skillet for a crispy top.
