- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a bowl.
- Add spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve warm with bread or chips.
Notes
- Make ahead: Prepare the dip and refrigerate for up to 2 days before baking.
- For a slow cooker version, cook on low for 2 hours.
- Use a cast iron skillet for a crispy top.
