A creamy and tangy cabbage slaw perfect for BBQ, stays crisp when made ahead.

  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp celery seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrot.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, salt, and black pepper.
