A high-protein, low-carb flatbread made with cottage cheese and eggs, perfect for wraps or pizzas.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, salt, garlic powder, and oregano in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and spread into a thin, even circle.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and firm.
  5. Let cool slightly before slicing or using as a wrap or pizza base.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For a crispier texture, bake for an extra 5 minutes.
