A no-cook, overnight pudding with cocoa, chia seeds, and milk. High in protein, vegan, and customizable with your favorite sweetener.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir again before serving.
  5. Top with fresh fruit or nuts if desired.

Notes

  • Use any plant-based milk you prefer.
