A simple and delicious chicken salad recipe perfect for sandwiches, salads, or as a dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, chopped celery, red onion, and parsley.
