- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Shape into small patties.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place the cooked patties on the bottom halves of the rolls. Top with cheese slices.
- Cover with the top halves of the rolls. Brush melted butter over the tops.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds if using. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Make ahead: Assemble the sliders and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before baking.
- Freezer tip: Wrap unbaked sliders tightly in foil and freeze for up to 1 month. Bake from frozen, adding 5-10 extra minutes.
