  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  2. Lay out tortillas and spread ranch dressing evenly on each.
  3. Divide chicken mixture among tortillas.
