A simple and impressive baked brie recipe perfect for kicking off holiday celebrations with a gooey, rich flavor that guests will love.

  • 1 (8 ounce) wheel of brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Crackers or baguette slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the wheel of brie on a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, chopped pecans, brown sugar, and rosemary.
  4. Spoon the cranberry mixture evenly over the top of the brie.
