Quick and flavorful garlic noodles tossed in a soy-butter sauce, ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (spaghetti or linguine)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes
